We are looking for custumer support executive with minimum 1 year experience.


Responsibilities/Duties include;


 Handling customer queries on AlertBox’s product range across SMS, Email, Voice and WhatsApp across multiple channels  Gateways and infrastructure monitoring to ensure uptime and platform consistency.  Provide product support and on premise training to clients.  Respond to external and internal queries regarding all connectivity issues such as gateways, routing, pricing, profiles, features, and delivery related queries etc.  Gateway communications: Reporting failures and any such errors, including but not limited to character-encoding, non-delivery, delays or feature support to suppliers and technical team.  Making changes on router to gateways, such as adding new destinations, disabling faulty routes, updating feature support, pricing changes, etc.  Completing monthly feedback reports for the management.  Basic knowledge of Linux, MS – Office and SQL will be an advantage.  Ready to work in rotational shifts and on weekends.
