Job Summary
The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound domestic calls, assisting customers with their queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The role requires good communication skills, customer-handling ability, and a service-oriented approach.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls efficiently (domestic process)
Understand customer queries and provide accurate and timely solutions
Maintain professional communication and customer satisfaction at all times
Follow company processes, call scripts, and quality guidelines
Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned team when required
Maintain proper call records and basic documentation
Meet daily and monthly performance targets
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth issue resolution
Essential Qualifications
Educational Qualification: +2 or Any Graduation (Pass or Fail)
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
Fluency in Malayalam is mandatory (for Trichy requirement)
Basic English communication skills preferred

Requirements
Main Responsibilities: Take orders from customers accurately and efficiently. Call out to customers to collect their orders. Pack food for take away, ensuring all orders are correct and items are properly packaged. Handle cash transactions, credit card payments, and issue receipts. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Ensure excellent customer service and address any customer inquiries or concerns. Assist in restocking supplies and managing inventory. Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations. Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operations. Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
