Customer Support Executive Travel Industry

Roles Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound/outbound customer queries related to flight, hotel, holiday packages, and travel services
  • Assist customers with booking, rebooking, cancellations, and refunds
  • Provide accurate information on fares, schedules, baggage policies, visa basics, and travel guidelines
  • Use GDS systems (Amadeus / Sabre / Galileo) to manage reservations
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently while ensuring high CSAT
  • Coordinate with airlines, hotels, vendors, and internal teams
  • Manage emails, chats, and voice support professionally
  • Follow SOPs, SLAs, and compliance standards
  • Maintain proper documentation and CRM updates
  • Upsell or cross-sell travel add-ons (seat selection, meals, insurance, upgrades) where applicable
