- Handle inbound/outbound customer queries related to flight, hotel, holiday packages, and travel services
- Assist customers with booking, rebooking, cancellations, and refunds
- Provide accurate information on fares, schedules, baggage policies, visa basics, and travel guidelines
- Use GDS systems (Amadeus / Sabre / Galileo) to manage reservations
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while ensuring high CSAT
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, vendors, and internal teams
- Manage emails, chats, and voice support professionally
- Follow SOPs, SLAs, and compliance standards
- Maintain proper documentation and CRM updates
- Upsell or cross-sell travel add-ons (seat selection, meals, insurance, upgrades) where applicable
