Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls for leasing, maintenance, and resident inquiries
Answer questions related to pricing, availability, and property information
Create and update service requests and call notes accurately
De-escalate concerns and provide effective solutions
Schedule property tour appointments for prospective renters
Communicate updates between callers and property teams
Meet quality standards for monitored calls
Participate in training sessions and team meetings
