$90,000 to $140,000 + equity + benefits

StreetFDN is building the next chapter of how internet-native communities and businesses operate. We’re looking for a Customer Support professional who loves helping people, solving problems, and making systems better.


This is not a “ticket-closing” job. You will be a key part of how StreetFDN earns trust, retains users, and turns support into a product advantage.


What you’ll do


Be the front line for customers across email/chat (and sometimes calls), solving issues quickly and kindly


Troubleshoot product questions with a calm, structured approach


Identify patterns, write clear help docs, and improve support workflows


Partner with product/engineering to escalate bugs and close the loop with users


  • Build relationships with power users and help them succeed
