Job Description
**Schedule**: Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. or 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., or 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., following the American Calendar.
- Offer timely solutions to customer inquiries, technical issues, and general feedback.
- Solve inconveniences related to cargo and transportation issues.
- Oversee the drivers' check-in process, optimizing efficiency and reliability.
- Generate reports to enhance overall operational performance.
