WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN YOU?
4 – 6 years of experience L1/L2 tickets.
Documentation & process standardization.
Experience with JSM (Jira ticketing system) is valuable.
GOOD TO HAVE:
Experience in infrastructure projects.
HOW WILL YOUR DAILY JOB BE?
Working and handling L1/L2 support tickets through tools.
Coordination with business on issue resolutions
Good communication and documentation experience.
WHERE AND WHEN?
Workplace: Lisbon + hybrid work
Work Schedule: 9AM to 6PM
