WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN YOU?
- 4 – 6 years of experience L1/L2 tickets.
- Documentation & process standardization.
- Experience with JSM (Jira ticketing system) is valuable.
GOOD TO HAVE:
- Experience in infrastructure projects.
HOW WILL YOUR DAILY JOB BE?
- Working and handling L1/L2 support tickets through tools.
- Coordination with business on issue resolutions
- Good communication and documentation experience.
WHERE AND WHEN?
- Workplace: Lisbon + hybrid work
- Work Schedule: 9AM to 6PM
