WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN YOU?

  • 4 – 6 years of experience L1/L2 tickets.
  • Documentation & process standardization.
  • Experience with JSM (Jira ticketing system) is valuable.

GOOD TO HAVE:

  • Experience in infrastructure projects.


HOW WILL YOUR DAILY JOB BE?

  • Working and handling L1/L2 support tickets through tools.
  • Coordination with business on issue resolutions
  • Good communication and documentation experience.


WHERE AND WHEN?

  • Workplace: Lisbon + hybrid work
  • Work Schedule: 9AM to 6PM
