Job Summary:
The Support officer will primarily responsible for the Operations and business development support. Ensures all DiskarTech applications and documentations are updated and secure, and customer Maintenance Process is strictly followed.
How will you contribute:
- Interacts with Customers via Telephone/Google Meet or email, or online chat to provide support and information on an assigned product of DEIG. May perform Client call out as needed.
- Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customer problems and concerns
- Performs customer maintenance as requested based on a PID/verified request
- Ensures all documents are filed in the shared directory or EDMS system for future reference
- Performs customer posting for reversals and posting of Marketing Promos rebates or prizes required for posting for DEIG
- Seeks necessary approvals for the posting transactions.
