Liebherr Mining is seeking an experienced and driven Customer Support Manager to lead our dynamic team based in Mt Thorley, NSW.


In this pivotal role, you will report directly to the Operations Manager and be responsible for driving service excellence, leading a high-performing team, and delivering timely, effective product support and technical advice to our valued customers. Your strong leadership and commitment to continuous improvement will ensure operational efficiency, outstanding customer satisfaction, and the ongoing success of our mining support operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of Service Specialists and Technicians, providing oversight across projects and customer sites.

  • Proactively identify and recommend product enhancements to align with customer needs and expectations.
