Job Description

We’re looking for a Support & Operations Manager to handle day-to-day support requests and assist with basic operational tasks. This is not a senior-level role, but it requires excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. You’ll be the go-to person for resolving routine issues, ensuring smooth support processes, and maintaining operations when the core team is offline.


Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in customer support, operations, or a similar role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic troubleshooting ability
  • Experience with community management (online forums, chat groups, or similar)


Work Hours: Weekends and public holidays (India)

Compensation: 10-12 Lakh
