Job Title: Trainee - Customer Support (Night Shift)


Key Responsibilities:

        •Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.

        •Providing information, guidance, and assistance to customers in a courteous manner. 

        • Logging and managing customer interactions accurately in our systems. 

        •Collaborating with team members to meet and exceed customer service expectations.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

        •Any Graduate.

        • Strong communication skills in English. 

        •Customer-focused with a desire to assist and resolve issues.

        •Ability to work on a night shift schedule. 

        •Prior customer support experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Timing - 9.30 am to 6 pm

Date - 11/10/2023 (Wednesday) to 14/10/2023.(Saturday)

Batch - 2023 Passed out eligible (Immediate joiners preferred).


Batch - 2024 Also eligible to attend but must be ready to join if selected immediately and permission will be given for students to take university exams.
