Customer Support Officer – Payments & Orders

We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-focused Customer Support Officer – Payments & Orders to join a fast-paced, customer-centric team supporting order processing, payment management, and debt administration.

  • Permanent ongoing role with Australian company
  • Remote role (you need to be citizen of Philippines to be considered)
  • Working hours: 8am to 5pm Brisbane time

About the role:

In this role, you will play a key part in supporting customers through their ordering and payment journey, including assisting with payment plans, third-party finance providers, and debt management processes. will also work closely with sales and internal teams to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely processing across all systems.
