Currently, we are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Operator. As a Customer Support Operator, you will play a crucial role in supporting customer inquiries.
Available work schedules:
2 days on / 2 days off 10 PM - 10 AM (GMT+3)
2 days on / 2 days off 3 PM - 3 AM (GMT+3)
Tasks:
- Answer customer inquiries via live chats and emails (no calls);
- Provide accurate information about the products of the company;
- Resolve cases in timely and professional manner;
- Achieve quality and productivity targets set by the manager;
- Perform other ad hoc tasks...
