About the TeamWe are Quadcode, a fintech company excelling in financial brokerage activities and delivering advanced financial products to our global clientele. Our flagship product, an internal trading platform, is offered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution to other brokers.
Work Schedule2/2 rotation (2 days on, 2 days off), alternating between two shifts:
- Day shift: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM (GMT+3)
- Night shift: 10:00 PM – 10:00 AM (GMT+3)
- Answer customer inquiries via live chats and emails (no calls).
- Provide accurate information about the products of the company.
- Resolve cases in timely and professional manner.
- Achieve quality and productivity targets set by the manager.
