We are looking for a Polish bilingual Customer Support Representative to join our e-commerce account team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service to our Polish-speaking clients and sellers, ensuring smooth operations and a positive experience on the platform.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound inquiries from Polish-speaking clients and sellers via email, chat, and phone.
  • Provide accurate and timely information regarding account management, platform features, and order issues.
  • Assist clients in resolving issues related to listings, payments, and orders on the platform.
  • Maintain records of interactions, solutions provided, and follow-ups in the system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure resolution.
