Customer Support
representative to assist our customers across various channels to answer their questions on
subscription, billing, technical troubleshooting, and other topics.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Assist customers across multiple channels (chat, email, phone) to
answer questions and resolve issues
- Receive incoming calls
- Offer personalized solutions on every call
Requirments:
- No previous experience required
- Native in French or Strong C2 + English B2 -Having a work permit to work in Portugal or Eu citizenship -Patience and professionalism in dealing with unhappy or confused customers
