We want to hire a
Customer Support
representative to assist our customers across various channels, to answer their questions on subscription, billing, technical troubleshooting, and other topics.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Assist customers across multiple channels (chat, email, phone) to answer questions and resolve issues
  • Receive incoming calls
  • Offer personalized solutions on every call

Requirments:

  • No previous experience required
  • Native in French or Strong C2 + English B2
  • Having a work permit to work in Portugal or Eu citizenship
  • Patience and professionalism in dealing with unhappy or confused customers
