Customer Care Executive
We are looking for Customer Care Executives to handle customer service inquiries and problems associated with servicing our company's client base. You'll answer all basic and routine customer contacts, as well as more complex customer problems and/or complaints, utilizing computer applications to provide professional service.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Understand and effectively utilize various computer screens and applications.
- Interface with customers, clients, and vendors, escalating areas of concern to appropriate supervisory staff.
- Attend assigned training sessions for further improvement in client and customer satisfaction, client information, and job performance.
- Adhere to all company and specific Contact Centre policies and procedures.
- Complete any work as assigned by Management.
