  • International/Domestic voice process
  • Dealing with customer issues and churning out an easy-to-follow solution
  • Handling customer concerns through Inbound and outbound calls

  • Rotational & Night shift

Required Candidate profile

  • Immediate joiners
  • Excellent English Communication (must)
  • Graduate/PG
  • Undergrad with 6 months of experience (DOCUMENTED)
  • Fresher/Experienced both can apply
  • Must be flexible with rotational shifts.
