Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining a professional tone.
- Document interactions and transactions accurately in the system.

- Collaborate with internal departments to escalate and resolve complex issues.

Requirements:
