Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining a professional tone.
  • Document interactions and transactions accurately in the system.
  • Guide customers through basic troubleshooting and provide product/service information.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction through active listening and empathy.

Requirements:

  • Graduate/Undergraduate (Freshers and experienced candidates welcome).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts and handle high-volume interactions.
