Remote Customer Support Representatives (Multiple Openings)


We are currently hiring for multiple remote roles for experienced Customer Support professionals with US-based companies across e-commerce, SaaS, and technology-enabled services.


These roles are fully remote and open to qualified candidates based in the Philippines, India and LATAM .


Instead of relying only on resumes and keyword screening, candidates are evaluated through structured, job-relevant skill assessments so employers can make faster, higher-confidence hiring decisions.


What You’ll Do (varies by role)

Depending on the company and team, responsibilities may include:

  • Handle customer inquiries via chat, email, and/or voice
  • Resolve product, billing, and account issues
  • Guide customers through troubleshooting steps
  • Document cases and maintain accurate support notes
