Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle close logistics complaint tickets within the ticket system
- Identify opportunities to improve the on-time resolution rate and accuracy rate of tickets.
- Checking and align monthly compensation bills with logistics service provider.
Qualifications:
- Have more than 2 years of working experience
- Degree Holder
- Meticulous, organised and eager to learn
- Skilled in using Excel
- Prior experience in e-commerce customer service or logistics service providers is a preferred advantage
