The role focuses on responding to customer queries, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining accurate records while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via chat and email
- Provide timely and accurate resolutions
- Maintain documentation and follow standard procedures
- Meet quality and productivity targets
Requirements:
- Must be a college graduate (any discipline)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines
- Prior non‑voice experience is a plus but not mandatory
