The role focuses on responding to customer queries, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining accurate records while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries via chat and email
  • Provide timely and accurate resolutions
  • Maintain documentation and follow standard procedures

Requirements:

  • Must be a college graduate (any discipline)
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines
