Our Construction Industries team are looking for a passionate and experienced Customer Support Representative to join the team based in Emerald.

Reporting to the the primary focus of this role is to develop collaborative and trusted customer business relationships, in order to identify their key business drivers and opportunities to meet the parts and service sales targets.

In this role, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Manage the overall customer satisfaction for the assigned accounts and positively influence the customer’s equipment performance, maintenance and repair costs by understanding the customers’ business
  • Deploy marketing initiatives to demonstrate value, capability and quality of business solutions to ensure the overall parts and service budget are met
