What you’ll do:

As a Customer Support Representative, you will be supporting people in the US and assisting them in managing pharmacy prescription benefits.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting customers in managing prescription benefits, handling processing issues, and acquiring savings cards.
  • Assisting clients in understanding their target copay and available pharmacy discount programs.
  • Guiding customers through the process of using savings cards at pharmacies to check for potential discounts.
  • Working closely with pharmacists to reverse claims and process overrides as needed.
  • Educating customers about available services, benefits, and procedures to ensure they can maximize their care experience.
  • Addressing and resolving customer complaints and issues by identifying solutions quickly and effectively.
  • Escalating complex issues to senior staff or other departments as needed.
