Traahi Tapes is a growing creative video production and post-production startup working with global clients across podcasts, YouTube content, reels, commercials, real estate videos, and brand films.

We are hiring a Customer Support Representative (Chat) to manage client communication and ensure a smooth, professional experience throughout each project.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Sector 92, Gurugram .

The office is not near a metro station , so applicants should be comfortable with daily commute arrangements before applying.

Responsibilities

– Respond to client inquiries via live chat and messaging platforms in a clear and professional manner

– Handle questions related to video editing services, orders, timelines, and revisions
