Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Representative, based in Malviya Nagar Delhi. The primary responsibilities include assisting customers with their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires a proactive approach to delivering seamless support to customers and ensuring their expectations are met or exceeded.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Customer Support and Customer Service
Excellent Communication skills to ensure smooth and clear interactions with customers
High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Problem-solving skills
Previous experience in a customer-facing role and a bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
Max Salary 37k CTC per month and shifts are rotational.
