We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a Customer Support Representative for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in San Francisco, CA 94133. Details of the position are as follows:

Job Description:

  • Pay: $20/hr to Start!! (OT Available)
  • 2-month assignment, strong possibility for extension based on performance and budget.
  • 8 Hour Shift: 5 - 7 days a week (Remote)
  • Position will mainly be responsible for providing real-time support and incident resolution for team members regarding deliveries, client and customer issues while properly communicating in a bilingual (Spanish) capacity with all applicable parties.
  • Position will also form a deep understanding of company product, processes, systems, and tools in order to collaborate across multiple teams.
  • Position will also document interactions, incidents and resolutions using Google suite services as well as other communication platforms.

  • Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED is Required!!
  • Bilingual reading and writing (Spanish/ English) is Required!!
  • 2 years of experience in customer service role in technology, hospitality, or grocery and convenience is Required!!
  • Google Workspace experience is Required!!
  • Experience with Slack and Salesforce is Preferred!!
