Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Representative, based in Malviya Nagar Delhi. The primary responsibilities include assisting customers with their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.The role requires a proactive approach to delivering seamless support to customers and ensuring their expectations are met or exceeded.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Support and Customer Service
- Excellent Communication skills to ensure smooth and clear interactions with customers
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving skills
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role and a bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
- Max Salary 37k CTC per month and shifts are rotational.
