We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who is compassionate, detail-oriented, and service-driven to support our customers through every step of their experience. The ideal candidate has a heart for people, excellent written communication skills, and the ability to handle emotional, meaningful customer interactions with care and professionalism.
As the first point of contact, you’ll be responsible for providing timely, thoughtful assistance through email, chat, and social media inquiries. You’ll help customers share their stories, clarify order details, resolve issues, and ensure that each person feels valued and heard throughout the process.
