Job Description

We have an immediate opportunity for a Customer Support Representative to answer phones, take orders from clients, enter data into Great Plains, answer questions on company products, create and maintain Excel spreadsheets, and perform other office duties as needed. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. or 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.


Qualified candidates must have prior Customer Service experience, must be computer literate with accurate data entry, must have the ability to create Excel spreadsheets, must have excellent communication, organizational, follow-up, and telephone skills, must have the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment, and must be self-motivated with a positive attitude. Only candidates that can pass a background check and drug screen will be considered. This company uses Great Plains right now; however, they are in the process of switching to Net Suites Software.
