We are looking for a Customer Support Representative (Live chat/Email)
Full time, Remote, Spanish
Customer Umbrella is an international Support-as-a-Service company with teams in 25+ locations world-wide, speaking 65+ languages which provides secure customer support and CX services since 2021.
Requirements:
Intermediate English required for the training and communication
Sports, E-sports, iGaming knowledge
Candidates must have previous experience in the Customer Support field
Comfortable working on computers
Computer skills, fast keyboard writing speed
A stable (cable or wi-fi) internet connection is a Must
Power back-up (UPS or similar)
Must have Personal Computer or Laptop with a Stable Internet Connection.
Have a high school diploma
