𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐥𝐞: Full-Time | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM EST (Night Shift PH)

𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: $500–$700/month (based on experience)

We are looking for a 𝐂𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐫 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭 𝐑𝐞𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 who understands pickleball and can confidently engage with US customers in excellent English. As the first point of contact for our players, you will assist with inquiries related to camps, schedules, registrations, and community access while delivering a warm, professional, and solutions-oriented experience.

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐘𝐨𝐮’𝐥𝐥 𝐃𝐨

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and messaging platforms
• Clearly explain pickleball concepts such as skill levels, camps, drills, and schedules
• Assist with registrations, waivers, refunds, and basic troubleshooting
• Communicate confidently with a US-based audience (many aged 50+)
