- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Answer and Assist customers on their concerns and inquiries in an accurate and timely manner via Chat or call if required
- Assist customers and Process Same Day Delivery Orders
- Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance
- Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved
- Test Defective Returned items and Process it for RMA
- Check Promos and Update Prices on Ecommerce Platforms
Education:
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
- Customer Service Representative: 1 year (Required)
