  • Answer and Assist customers on their concerns and inquiries in an accurate and timely manner via Chat or call if required
  • Assist customers and Process Same Day Delivery Orders
  • Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance
  • Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved
  • Test Defective Returned items and Process it for RMA
  • Check Promos and Update Prices on Ecommerce Platforms

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Customer Service Representative: 1 year (Required)
