**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain professional customer support
- Follow communication “scripts” when handling various topics.
- Help clients increase their stores customer experience rate
- Ability to enter complete notes after each call and update partner information as needed in the CRM.
