Role Description

This full-time, on-site role as a Customer Support Representative is based in Vadodara. The role involves effective communication to understand and resolve concerns, as and when needed to deliver prompt and efficient assistance.


The Responsibilities Includes:

Building business relationships with current and potential clients.

Addressing customer inquiries, resolving queries, ensuring customer satisfaction and providing outstanding customer service.

Innovation and problem-solving skills that include the ability to develop and propose equipment- based solutions for clients.

Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.

High attention to detail and a focus on fact.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Customer Support and Customer Service to address client needs effectively
  • Candidate must be fluent in English
  • Strong Communication skills to ensure clear and effective interactions with customers
  • Ability to handle Customer Satisfaction initiatives and resolve issues professionally
  • Patience, problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused mindset
  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree is preferred
