Customer Support Representative

Lylu Wear is hiring a Customer Support Representative (Remote) based in León. This role focuses on helping customers with orders, deliveries, and basic service requests. Fully remote position. Applications are accepted only from candidates currently located in Mexico.
Duties:
Answer customer questions about products and orders
Provide updates on shipping and delivery status
Resolve simple service issues quickly
Record interactions in the support system
Maintain clear and polite communication
Skills & Experience:
Basic English reading and writing required
Previous customer service experience preferred
Comfortable using chat or email tools
Organized and detail-focused approach
Must currently reside in Mexico
