Job Title: Rep. I, Customer Support
Location: 240 Emery St., Bethelehem, PA 18105
Duration: 3 months
Position Type: Hourly contract Position (W2 only)
 
Note:
  • This role is 100% onsite for training and will eventually go hybrid. The ideal candidate will be experience with order processing in SAP. Salesforce exp is a huge plus.
Required qualifications:
  • Excellent customer service skills with enthusiasm and tact both in writing and over the phone.
  • Ability to multitask, organize and prioritize tasks.
  • Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems and practices.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Outlook Applications.
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
  • Positive outlook with the ability to promote teamwork and good working relationships.
