Customer Support Specialist
We are looking for dynamic and experienced customer support that can help our customers with their day to day support related issues. We are looking for a person with at least 2 Years of experience and hands on experience with Chat and Ticketing systems.
We are looking for a person with the following knowledge:
· Good command of English
· Basic Computer working knowledge
· Customer Support Knowledge
· Some knowledge about Web Sites
· Basic knowledge about e-commerce
Nice to have
· Working knowledge of Chat and Ticketing System
· Any other language would be added advantage
· Positive and helping Attitude
Key Responsibility:
