Schedule:
Monday to Friday (2:00PM – 11:00PM EST).

Mission of the position:

The mission of this position is to support and enhance the customer experience by assisting customers across all company platforms—including phone, email, chat, and social media. This role ensures that customers receive timely, accurate help with service or account-related questions, contributing to strong relationships and positive overall experience with the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person.
  • Assist customers with product, service, or account-related questions.
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide accurate, timely solutions.
