The #1 goal of your role is to surprise our members with a great experience that turn them into ambassadors. Listen to members, learn and translate that cross functionally so our team can focus on the improvements that matter most to members. Your speciality is providing the best level of service in written Portuguese and English. You know when to spot a bug, irregularity on the app and improvements based on customer feedback.
This is a flexible work from home position of 25 hrs per week. The days and hours can be planned around your family life.

NOTE : this role will also require working 3 hrs on Saturday and 3 hrs on Sunday.
