We are looking for friendly, motivated
Customer Support Specialists
to assist customers and restaurant owners with
account management
and
order-related inquiries
. This may include account changes, minor menu updates, or questions about an order.

The ideal candidate is service-oriented, calm under pressure, and comfortable working in a fast-paced support environment. This is a
100% remote
position.

Responsibilities

  • Take
    inbound calls
    from customers and restaurant partners
  • Make
    outbound calls
    to customers or restaurants to follow up on acknowledgement errors
  • Manage incoming tickets generated via
    email/text
    through a CRM portal
  • Return calls for voicemails that generate support tickets
  • Perform minor troubleshooting of product/service issues reported by customers or restaurants
  • Route calls/tickets to the appropriate teams when needed
