**Customer Support Specialist - Full-Time (Flexible Schedule, Evenings & Weekends Required)**
**Location**: Remote
**Salary**: $1,200/month
**Schedule**: Full-Time | 40 hours/week | 4 x 10-hour shifts | 3 days off (Rotating)

**About the Role**
We’re hiring a **Customer Support Specialist** to join our real-time operations team. You’ll help manage live deliveries, support customers and drivers through our platform, and solve problems as they happen.
**Important Schedule Information**
This position requires flexibility. You will work:
- **Four 10-hour shifts per week**:
- **Three days off per week**:
- **Shifts vary and rotate across all 7 days**:
- **Evening, weekend, and early morning availability is required**:
- Days off may change weekly based on team needs
If you’re looking for a consistent 9-5 schedule, this isn’t the role. But if you thrive on variety and love having 3 days off each week, this could be a perfect fit!
**What You’ll Do**
- Monitor and support active deliveries in real time
- Resolve delivery issues quickly and professionally
- Help schedule new deliveries and coordinate times with customers
- Enter data into our Transportation Management System (TMS)
- Offer driver incentives based on strategy and budget
**What We’re Looking For**
- 1+ year in a fast-paced support or operations environment
- Excellent multitasking and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Calm under pressure and quick to find solutions
- High attention to detail
- Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating multiple systems
- Able to work evenings, weekends, and a rotating schedule
