Your Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound customer interactions via phone, email, and/or chat in French
  • Provide support related to:
  • Product usage & basic troubleshooting
  • Orders, deliveries, returns, and general inquiries
  • After-sales and account-related support
  • Ensure a high-quality customer experience
  • Accurately document interactions in internal systems
  • Meet defined quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction KPIs
  • Escalate complex cases when needed and follow resolution procedures
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
What We’re Looking For
  • Native or near-native French (C1/C2)
  • Good command of English (B2 or)
