Your Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer interactions via phone, email, and/or chat in French
- Provide support related to:
- Product usage & basic troubleshooting
- Orders, deliveries, returns, and general inquiries
- After-sales and account-related support
- Ensure a high-quality customer experience
- Accurately document interactions in internal systems
- Meet defined quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction KPIs
- Escalate complex cases when needed and follow resolution procedures
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Native or near-native French (C1/C2)
- Good command of English (B2 or)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
