Customer Support Specialist

We’re hiring- Customer Support Specialist

Full-time | $900-$1000 CAD/month | 45 hours/week (7LPA)

We’re looking for someone who enjoys solving real problems and talking to customers.

This is a hands-on support role. You’ll be helping customers using streaming services and devices, fixing issues, answering questions, and making sure they have a smooth experience.

If you like figuring things out, taking responsibility, and doing things the right way, this role will suit you.

What we’re looking for

● Good understanding of streaming and entertainment devices

(Android boxes, smart TVs, mobile devices, streaming apps)

● 2–4+ years of experience in IT support or technical customer support

● Clear written and spoken communication

● Strong customer handling skills and understanding of customer experience
