Utilize logistics IT to optimize shipping and transport procedures
Communicate with suppliers, retailers, customers, etc. to achieve on time loads
Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements
Prepare accurate reports
Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations
**Basic Qualifications**
Highschool degree
Schedule availability
Computer-savvy with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Experience in customer service
Advanced English (written and spoken)
Ability to work with mínimal supervision
Multitask
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
On the fly prioritization
**Preferred Qualifications**
Proven experience as logistics coordinator
Knowledge of laws and regulations
Experience on afterhours shift
