We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to provide proactive, hands-on support to customers and Field Service Engineers. This role manages orders, including spare parts and equipment, throughout the entire order-to-cash process, from order entry to invoicing. You will keep customers informed on delivery status while coordinating internal teams and processes to ensure timely, accurate, and successful order fulfillment.
