The Role:

We are looking for an Italian speaker to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance, answering inquiries, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. No previous experience is required – we will provide full training. If you are motivated, a quick learner, and passionate about helping people, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in Italian.
  • B1 -B2 Level in English.
  • Provide accurate information about our products and services.
  • Assist customers in troubleshooting issues and finding solutions.
  • Escalate complex cases to senior staff when necessary.
  • Maintain a positive, professional, and empathetic approach to customer interactions.
  • Accurately document customer interactions in the system.

Ideal Profile:

  • Fluent in Italian (both written and spoken).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work on-site at our office location.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and customer-oriented mindset.
  • No prior experience needed – training will be provided.
