Your Mission

We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist based in the Philippines to join our remote team. You will assist users via chat, email, and ticketing systems, resolving technical and general inquiries with professionalism and speed. This role operates in three rotating shifts (00:00–08:00 | 08:00–16:00 | 16:00–00:00) , including weekends and holidays .

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries across multiple channels (chat, email, ticketing tools)
